1、進(jìn)口井用潛水泵為離心式或混流式;采用水潤滑軸承;與電機(jī)的聯(lián)接采用聯(lián)軸器剛性聯(lián)接。泵葉輪在電機(jī)帶動(dòng)下旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生離心力,使液體能量增加經(jīng)泵殼的導(dǎo)流作用進(jìn)行提水。在水泵上端設(shè)有逆止閥體,防止電泵停機(jī)時(shí),因揚(yáng)水管中倒流的水損壞工作部件。閥上有泄水孔,可將管路中的水緩緩放掉,防止冬天凍裂管路。(注:低揚(yáng)程潛水泵不設(shè)逆止閥體)
2、電機(jī)為密閉充水濕式結(jié)構(gòu)。電機(jī)定子繞組采用耐水(耐熱)的聚乙烯絕緣,尼龍護(hù)套多層結(jié)構(gòu)的(耐熱)電磁線。導(dǎo)軸承及推力軸承均采用水潤滑材質(zhì)。電機(jī)內(nèi)部充滿清水,用以冷卻電機(jī)和潤滑軸承。電機(jī)底部裝有調(diào)壓膜,用以調(diào)整由電機(jī)溫升引起的機(jī)體內(nèi)清水的脹縮壓差。電機(jī)的上端軸上裝有防砂機(jī)構(gòu),用來阻止水中泥砂進(jìn)入機(jī)體內(nèi)部。
3、管路部分:用以聯(lián)接電泵使其吊裝在機(jī)井中,將水輸送到地面上去。主要由短輸水管、輸水管、彎管、夾板等部件組成。短輸出管是輸水管路與電泵的連接過渡部件。彎管安裝在井口處,以改變水流的傳送方向。夾板是在電泵的安裝過程中吊裝和固定輸出管路。

1、電源要求:
(1)額定頻率為50赫茲,電機(jī)端額定電壓應(yīng)保證為380±5%伏的三相交流電源(若用戶電壓為660伏時(shí)需特殊定貨)。
(2)變壓器負(fù)載功率不應(yīng)超過其容量的75%。
(3)變壓器距井較遠(yuǎn)時(shí),應(yīng)考慮輸電線線壓降,對功率大于45KW的電機(jī),要求變壓器到井口距離不超過20米。對于高揚(yáng)程潛水電泵,由于輸電線較長,必須考慮壓降損耗,要求輸電線規(guī)格比配電纜規(guī)格大兩個(gè)等級。采用單臺變壓器供電,要求變壓器輸出電壓400V-440V。
2、水質(zhì)要求:
(1)一般無腐蝕性清水。
(2)水中含沙量不大于0.01%(質(zhì)量比)。
(3)酸堿度PH值在6.5-8.5范圍內(nèi)。
(4)水中氯離子含量不大于400毫克/升。
(5)硫化氫含量不大于1.5毫克/升。
(6)井用潛水泵對水溫不高于20℃。耐熱潛水電泵對水溫要求不高于100℃。
(7)不含有油類。
3、井筒要求:
正直、光滑、不得有凸起或井管錯(cuò)位現(xiàn)象,井內(nèi)徑不小于相應(yīng)的機(jī)座號。

1.The submersible pump for the well is centrifugal or mixed flow. The water lubricated bearing is adopted. The coupling of the motor and the motor is connected by a rigid coupling. 2.Water quality requirements:
(1) General non corrosive clean water.
(2) The sediment concentration in water is not more than 0.01% (mass ratio).
(3) PH value is within the range of 6.5-8.5.
(4) The content of chloride ion in water is not more than 400 mg / liter.
(5) Hydrogen sulfide content is not more than 1.5 mg / liter.
(6) The submersible pump for the well is not over 20 centigrade. Heat resistant submersible pump for water temperature is not higher than 100 degrees.
(7) Contains no oil.
3.Wellbore requirements:
