英國GRIMM格林進口羅茨風機概述：

1、螺旋形狀20°以上的固定螺旋方式。機殼的進排風屏蔽線切入螺旋，以轉(zhuǎn)子頂端光面線構(gòu)成的三角形進排風口，通過轉(zhuǎn)子的旋轉(zhuǎn)而循序打開。本風機發(fā)進排風口，不像舊式羅茨螺旋風機那樣在瞬間打開或關(guān)閉，所以運轉(zhuǎn)聲音極小，幾乎沒有排風脈動。

5、采用驅(qū)動齒輪，不僅使壽命得到延長，而且實現(xiàn)了低噪音化。該齒輪采用特殊Cr-Mo鋼經(jīng)適當淬火處理，嚴格按照Jlsl級齒輪精度精研削制造。因而將來自齒輪對產(chǎn)品的不良干擾完全排除。

         進口羅茨風機為容積式風機，輸送的風量與轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)成比例，三葉型羅茨風機葉輪每轉(zhuǎn)動一次由兩個葉輪進行三次吸、排氣，與二葉型相比，氣體脈動變少、負荷變化小、機械強度高、噪音低、振動也小。
